These decals are available on clear material only. Remember: White is a color on clear decals and must be priced as an additional color. It is highly recommended that any ink on clear material should be backed with white. Please indicate if white is to be a flood of entire decal or to back art only. If text or graphics are too thin, a "halo" effect may be required.

Using White

Clear materials often require white to maintain color integrity. Three options are typically used depending on the art and text elements.

Flooding the background white...

Done with face imprint only. If flooding a back adhesive/static item, it may be more appropriate to order a white vinyl or white static.

Backing up elements or text...

If the text or elements are thick enough, the white can be printed behind the text or elements only. While dding opacity, white would be unseen from the front of the decal.

Halo applied to elements with white...

Elements with a halo are backed for opacity and have white extending slightly creating a "halo" effect. It is best used when dealing with thin elements, or when dark backgrounds and increased contrast is needed.
