Price iincludes one raised face color custom imprint on black plastic and one adhesive strip or as many holes as needed. (Screws are not provided with nameplates.)

An additional $65 non-refundable setup charge must be paid before work can begin. Setup charge on first order only unless changes are made on re-orders.

Attachments

Adhesive strip applied to back. Adhesive must be applied to a smooth, clean, dry, wax-free surface at temperatures of at least 60 degrees F. Allow 24 hours for maximum adhesion.
