Heavy Duty Real Estate Frames - Commercial Quality
Rocky Soil? Frozen Ground? No Problem!
The Heavy Duty Style of steel frame is made to be beaten and abused! This is our commercial unit designed for years of service. The fame is made from large 1" and 3/4" angle, with offset tops for use with a mallet. We double weld our cross members to ensure a sturdy product.
The frame is readily convertible into many sizes and custom configurations.
These frames are our heavy-duty commercial frames. They are manufactured from 1" angle side legs and 3/4" angle cross bars. All panels bolt-in securely to the frame.
The Rider version accommodates the main panel size along with a 6" sign rider section below.

Pictures above denotes the offset aspect of the top corners.
The unique aspect of the Commercial style is that the top corners are offset so that they can be driven in the ground with a mallet. This offset feature reduces the risk of damaging the frame and sign. This feature is also ideal for rocky or hard soil where force is needed for ground insertion.
The Commercial Style is one of our most popular versions, it can be configured into many panel sizes and configurations.

The Traditional Round Rod Frame for Real Estate Signs
The Round Rod frame bolt in style is one of the more traditional, classic versions that have been in the market for years. The clean lines and afford ability have made this unit a top seller year after year.
A unique stamping process is used to form the side legs in one stroke. This process ensures uniformity and consistency. The side legs are made of solid 1/2" round rod and the cross members are 3/4" flat steel strap. The frame comes with pre-punched 1/4 x 1/2" slots for easy panel attachment. This is a popular product for mounting real estate signs.

The below is a real estate history lesson:
The American Red Cross was organized MAY 21, 1881, by Clara Barton,
a schoolteacher who had moved to Washington at the outbreak of the
Civil War.
She distributed relief supplies to wounded soldiers and, at the
request of President Lincoln, aided in searching for missing men.
Clara Barton helped in hospitals in Cuba during the Spanish-American
War and in Europe during the Franco-German war, working with Henri
Dunant, founder of the International Red Cross.
On May 18, 1918, at the opening of the Second Red Cross Drive in New
York City, President Woodrow Wilson recognized those in this great
service, stating:
"Being members of the American Red Cross...a great fraternity and
fellowship which extends all over the world...this cross which these
ladies bore here today is an emblem of Christianity itself...
When you think of this, you realize how the people of the United
States are being drawn together into a great intimate family whose
heart is being used for the service of the soldiers not only, but for
the long night of suffering and terror, in order that they and men
everywhere may see the dawn of a day of righteousness and justice and
